Position: Critical Intervention Specialist
Location: Covina, CA (and surrounding cities), In-Person/Onsite Required
Reports to: Program Director
Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt
RequiredEducation: Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or other related Psychological fields
Salary: $67,704 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are:
- Must Hold a Master's Degreein Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or other related Psychological fields.
- Experience in the human services field required.
- Must have a California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
- Experience working with Individuals diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability is a plus!
- Applicants who speak Spanish or have experience in indigenous cultures are STRONGLY encouraged to apply.
- Given the requirements of the crisis response time, applicants must live in close proximity to or in the West Covina catchment area of the North Los Angeles County Regional Center (cities include, Altadena, Pasadena, Covina, La Puente, South El Monte, Claremont, Diamond Bar, and parts of Whittier).
