Position: Critical Intervention Specialist
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (and cities within San Fernando Valley)
Reports to: Program Director
Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt
RequiredEducation: Master's Degreein Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or other related Psychological fields
Salary: $67,704 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are:
- Must hold a Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or other related Psychological fields.
- Experience in the human services field required.
- Must have a California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
- Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus!
- Applicants who speak Spanish, Armenian, Farsi, and/or Tagalog are STRONGLY encouraged to apply.
- Given the requirements of the crisis response time, applicants must live in close proximity to or in the San Fernando Valley catchment area (cities include Canoga Park, Winnetka, Chatsworth, Northridge, Granada Hills, North Hills, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Tarzana, Reseda, North Hollywood, Sylmar, Pacoima, Panorama City, San Fernando, Van Nuys, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, Studio City). Applicants that live in Simi Valley, Burbank, Glendale, or Santa Clarita may also be considered based on distance from the catchment area.
The Job:
- Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.
- Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review.
- Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
- Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls.
- Participate in clinical trainings
- Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
