Life as a CRM Assistant Manager
Medik8 is on an unstoppable journey of growth and we are now in an incredible position to scale our CRM team out further.
You will be a part of our newly formed US CRM team and will provide critical support to the CRM Manager. This role will be pivotal in executing a customer centric, data-driven and creative CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention, and increase
long-term customer lifetime value.
Through owning the creation and execution of channel activities (email, SMS, direct mail), you will produce best in class communications to support our customer retention strategy and drive commercial objectives.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team as you will be working on two pioneering Medik8 projects - the launch and integration of our new CDP, Bloomreach, as well as the upgrade of our Loyalty proposition for our direct consumers.
Working closely with our designer, ecom team and global brand teams, and supporting our social and marketing teams, your entrepreneurial and analytical skills will have a direct impact on retention activity and, in turn, overall revenue to the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
● Drives channel activities; predominantly via email, SMS/MMS and direct mail,
engaging customers through broader campaigns as well as personalised and
segmented 1-to-1 lifecycle communications
● Work with the CRM Manager to deliver successful email marketing and SMS
campaigns and flows, ensuring all emails/SMS’s are briefed and executed on time
and according to business needs
● Responsible for day-to-day production of high-quality copy aligned with global brand
guidelines, ultimately engaging customers and increasing purchases
● Owning our A/B testing strategy on email & SMS, of content & creatives, reports on
performance and key trading moments and leverages best practices to make
recommendations for improvements
● Conductive robust competitive analysis around email, SMS & loyalty programs to
ensure we are producing best in class comms and offer suggestions or
recommendations around where we could improve
● Own our basic weekly reporting to showcase to CRM manager and wider leadership
team what's working and what needs adjusting
The successful candidate will:
● Have experience in email marketing and SMS marketing (agency or in-house)
● Have excellent copywriting and meticulous proofreading skills
● Have experience in using CRM tools to set up and schedule campaigns, as
well as creating A/B tests
● Have strong analytical skills and ideally experience in using Google Analytics
or equivalent to understand email and SMS behaviour
● Be data-driven and confident to measure metrics using Excel or equivalent
● Be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills
● Be detail-oriented
