About the Job
The CRM/Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for system design, online optimization, technical management, and day-to-day support of the Institute’s learning management and customer relation management system. This is a part-time temporary position that has the potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate.
Learning Management System:
- Helps Institute`s staff to use the Learning Management System effectively and seamlessly.
- Adding or removing users or groups to classes.
- Providing reports and discount codes.
- Reporting issues to CD2 Support ticket system and our internal team in a timely manner.
- Support Webinar hosted educational courses
- Build and test courses and classes.
- Support SCORM formatting process.
- Available for course recording tech needs.
- Set up streaming services.
- Review course materials with the instructor.
- Update course content as needed.
- Available during live courses for support.
- Audit site biannually to ensure quality control.
Database Functionality:
- Raiser’s Edge NXT is the primary database used by all staff.
- Maintain and manage the system to insure data accuracy.
- Assist staff as needed with complicated tasks or reporting.
- Manage recurring gifts, monthly donors and memberships.
- Audit quarterly to remove duplicate records.
Data Collection/Reports:
- Accurately and timely maintains all databases, analyzes data, and creates reports relating to the operations of the Institute and each of its programs as requested.
- Completes quarterly goals and accomplishments.
- Obtains reports from licensed systems and keeps them organized on our server.
Requirements
- Understanding and alignment with the Institute mission and values
- Professional communication over the phone, in-person, and via email
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience assisting individuals in technical setting
- Previous experience with any learning management system
- Previous experience with any client management software
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Ability to lift, bend and transport materials weighing up to 25lbs
