Envision Physician Services is currently seeking an OB CRNA to join our team at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN.

• OB Anesthesia CRNA opportunity
• 7 24-hr shifts in each 28 day period
• up to $175,000 base + $25,000/yr OB stipend
• Ample days off for optional additional 8, 10, 12 or 24 hour shifts at attractive premium rates
