Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking CRNAs to join the Anesthesiology team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Staffing model planned 40+ Anesthesiologists, and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 diverse sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo, ECT.
• CRNAs have a Chief CRNA to lead the team and represent their division within the group and with hospital administration. 
• Average anesthesia volume of 55,000 cases annually and growing
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, and Trauma.
• Specialty Compensation increase to base salary for Cardiac, Trauma, & OB experience with documented case logs.
• $30,000 retention/commencement bonus for 3 years.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree (DNP or DNAP) of Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• APRN State of Florida Licensure - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment.
• National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• American Heart Association BLS/PALS/ACLS - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment.
