What Will You Do

• As a Crops Specialist, you’ll drive sales of agronomic products and services to new and existing customers within your territory, establishing the Conserv FS brand and supporting client profitability. Responsibilities include:
• Implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies to generate revenue
• Scheduling product delivery and application, and conducting soil tests and crop scouting
• Providing agronomic advice and recommendations to clients
• Managing credit terms and preparing sales contracts
• Meeting established sales goals and participating in ongoing training

What Skills are Required

• Associate’s Degree in agriculture, marketing, or business or equivalent experience
• Seller’s or solicitor’s license (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of agronomy products, services, and FS programs
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and lift up to 75 lbs
