The Microsoft Cross Solutions team helps customers leverage the totality of the Microsoft Cloud; taking advantage of the era of AI and Copilot by building and delivering solutions that closely align to their business and industry challenges. As a **Cross Copilot Sales Specialist, Americas** you will create, validate and sell multi-cloud AI solutions while uncovering patterns, gather insights, and partnering with our Go to Market (GTM) organization to scale new sales motions that bring Copilot, AI and our product portfolio together into repeatable and scalable customer offerings. The ideal candidate is an experienced business and technical seller with entrepreneurial skills and a passion for understanding and helping to solve customer challenges by leveraging the full power of the cloud. You will be pioneering sales motions that are solution oriented and leverage the breadth of our platform. You will more closely align our sales motions to address customer and industry challenges, be a visible advocate for our customers & partners, and be an exceptional collaborator with our field sales teams across the Americas.

**Responsibilities**
**Sales Execution Excellence:**
+ Discover and qualify new enterprise cross solution sales leads with new and existing customers.
+ Identify, create, and close opportunities by aligning to customer priorities, delivering competitive positioning, and effectively leveraging Microsoft's ecosystem of resources, partners, programs, and tools.
+ Maintain a healthy and verifiable pipeline for your cross-solution motions and execute on each sales phase to consistently achieve sales goals.
+ Proactively deliver envisioning workshops, strategy briefings, solution demonstrations, and whiteboarding sessions to gain customer commitment.
+ Lead with Cross Solutions, closing a minimum number of deals while coaching field teams in how to close additional deals. Demonstrate effective sales techniques and strategies to ensure field sellers can replicate success in their future opportunities.
**Voice of the Customer:**
+ Validate new cross solution sales motions on site with customers in partnership with Go to Market Business Architects and the Area sales teams.
+ Identify market and customer insights to make recommendations on whether the business should scale the motion through the field or partner or deprioritize it.
+ Champion customer asks, blockers and escalations to progress deals faster into closure and inform the GTM strategy for cross solution sales motions.
**Continuous Learning and Development:**
+ Lead best practice sharing across Areas and Americas Time zone regional communities to multiply the business impact in selected solutions or motions and supporting executive customer conversations with a focus on cross solutions and industry.
+ Leverage available research and enablement resources to stay up-to date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to clearly position and differentiate Microsoft solutions.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ 6+ years experience in solution sales, technical sales or technical consulting, technology delivery and experience selling cloud or hybrid solutions, achitecture design, cloud migrations, technology management and security.
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.
