We are currently seeking a Cross Functional BPO Health Plan Arch. Strategic Advisor to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

The BPO Healthcare Arch. Strategic Advisor is responsible for developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies for the Client Growth Office. They lead a team of enterprise architects who support NTT Americas' sales teams on large, multi-solution sales pursuits. The Senior Director works closely with the architects to design solutions to resolve customers' business problems through our OneNTT delivery capabilities. This role reports to the VP of Enterprise Architecture and Business Value Services.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customer technology and business teams to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and current enterprise challenges.
• Lead the EA strategy and methodology for the EA Services team, combining NTT capabilities to develop a unique value proposition meeting customers' business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Enterprise Architects on best practices, methodologies, and tools for architecture development and governance.
• Partner with the sales team to qualify and pursue opportunities that require multi-solution architectures and leverage our OneNTT delivery capabilities.
• Engage with the customers at the executive level to understand their business problems, goals, and vision and propose solutions that align with their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts from different business units and domains to architect holistic solutions that integrate multiple technologies, products, and services.
• Ensure that the solutions align with the OneNTT delivery framework, standards, and policies and meet the quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate the solution approval process and present the solution to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and demos to the customers.
• Monitor and track the progress and performance of the solution delivery and provide feedback and support to the delivery teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with the customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in enterprise architecture and related industry verticals.
• Ensure the EA team has access to the necessary training and resources to provide differentiated value to customers and NTT colleagues.
• Ensure continuous team evolution and service improvement through periodic retrospectives.
• Lead and manage a team of EAs across multiple regions and accounts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture solutioning methodology, frameworks, tools, and best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams of architects or technical professionals.
• Proven record of accomplishment of designing and delivering complex, multi-solution architectures for large-scale, enterprise-level customers.
• Strong knowledge and experience in various technologies, products, and services across domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, applications, and infrastructure.
• Strong experience in developing delivery frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different business units, domains, and geographies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, products, services, or frameworks are preferred.
