Our client, a global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and technology solutions, is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the team supporting the world's most innovative brands. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have great communication skills, and be passionate about making every customer interaction an unforgettable experience.
Job Title: CSR - Call Center
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Direct Hire Seasonal Oct 21st to Dec 14th
- Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats.
- Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
What's Needed?
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience; call center preferred.
- The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
- A schedule availability Monday-Sunday (9am to 9pm)
- Mandatory orientation Thursday Oct 17th 9am to 11am
