Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and experienced CSR Dispatcher to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching and customer service and be able to handle a high volume of calls and dispatches efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispatch 400-600 calls per day.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Listen, learn, and adapt to new procedures and training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CSR or dispatcher is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and dispatches.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Fast Typer ( min
of 45WPM ) - Dedicated and Hard Working- ready to learn and GROW with a company
