Summary/Objective: You are the first point of contact, answering inbound calls and assisting customers. You will be the face of our company in the community, promoting our products/services and building lasting relationships with customers. You'll work closely with our Executive team to create field marketing campaigns, manage events, and gather valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.
Pay: $24.00-28.00/hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some weekend availability required
Duties:
- Answer inbound calls assisting customers
- Make outbound call to schedule maintenance appointments
- Conduct outreach to potential customers through events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives
- Manage email, text and direct mail campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies
- Represent the company at local events, delivering presentations and engaging with attendees
- Cohesively interact with website management, SEO and Digital marketing teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Support promotional activities and product demonstrations
- Plan community outreach activities and maintain these relationships with key businesses and organizations
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support inside sales initiatives, driving lead generation and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Event coordination and planning
Qualifications:
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years experience customer service experience
- Effectively able to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong Communication and People Skills
- Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Experience in offering membership-based services
- Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
- Focused attention to detail
