We are seeking a(an) Supervisor CT Tech for our Free Standing  Facility team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs all CT and Radiographic procedures according to departmental policy and protocols on pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations, demonstrating  competency based upon the area of assignment, as well as the ability to work with the patient's growth and development based upon their specific population group. Provides oversight for the imaging, the staff and the equipment at both Boynton and PGA Frees standing ED. Develops protocols and standard operating procedures to meet the needs of each site. Acts as a mentor and leader to all staff including Ultrasound at both locations.

You will:

• Responsible for the evaluation of employee performance.
• Ensure that staff competency and work schedules meet the needs of the facility.
• Ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed
• Collaborate with physicians and other Imaging staff as needed
• Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the CT scan department

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited of Diagnostic Imaging
• ARRT CT Registry FL State DOH General Radiographer
• Florida State License in Radiologic Technology
• 3 – 5 years experience in performing as CT and minimum of 1 year leadership experience
