CT Technologist - Certified – CNYPAI- Full Time - Days

Combining the academic distinction of ColumbiaDoctors and clinical resources of NewYork-Presbyterian, Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI) was created to expand outpatient services in Radiology and imaging using MRI and PET CT. Utilizing cutting-edge technology with some of the world’s most respected experts in the field, CNYPAI’s mission is to diagnose and treat a range of diseases and conditions that may otherwise go unnoticed, as well as to further transform research efforts to improve health in individuals and populations, while holding the highest of standards for the patient experience.  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our NYP/Columbia campus imaging team. In this role, you will operate CT equipment and apply your knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes, under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor. While this is a technical position with no supervisory responsibility, you will play a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality, in support of a world-class clinical team. Join us. Preferred Criteria

• Recent relevant experience in human and animal research.

Required Criteria

• New York State Radiologic Technologist License from Department of Health
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) / Computed Tomography Certifications
• New York State license to inject contrast
• Highschool Diploma
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Computer Tomography
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Criteria

• Prior CT experience in a hospital setting

$51.38-$62.28/Hourly
