Culinary Services Aide - Louisville Care Center

Louisville Care Center is looking for a qualified and self motivated Culinary Aide to join our team!

Responsiblities:

• Food preparation
• Prepare meals that meet nutritional specifications, and sometimes assist with cooking special diets
• Meal service:Serve meals to residents and patients in an attractive way
• Kitchen maintenance:Clean the kitchen and dining hall, wash dishes, and take out the trash
• Equipment operation:Operate kitchen equipment and ensure it's properly maintained
• Menu planning:Work with the chef, dietician, and other staff to plan menus
• Nutrition education:Educate residents and patients about nutrition and well-being
• Safety and sanitation:Comply with food safety regulations and ensure food preparation areas are clean and orderly
• Inventory:Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
•  Assist residents who need help during meal services
