- Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and report on culture program data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the impact of initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a role related to marketing, employee engagement, or media preferably in a tech company.
- Proven leadership in managing programs from concept to execution, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire through clear, compelling narratives.
- Organizational mastery: A track record of excelling in high-energy, fast-paced environments, with a talent for prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights to refine strategies and measure success.
