CUSTODIAL AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT - Diocese of Austin Catholic Parishes

Must be able to clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, offices and large gathering areas. Required to strip, clean, buff and apply floor wax sealer and other floor finishes to all hard surfaces and to vacuum and shampoo carpets. Must be able to operate and maintain power equipment including hand tools, auto scrubbers, high speed buffers, vacuums and other maintenance equipment and tools. Must be able to wash all accessible interior and exterior windows. May be required to do some outdoor cleaning and gardening chores.
