Custodian - SBM Management Services

Job Title: Janitor / Porter / Cleaner

As a Custodian at SBM Management Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
• Conduct surface care tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirrors/windows.
• Polish metal and wood surfaces, and clean blinds.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
