Your Duties and Responsibilities as L2's Custodian:

1. Cleans and sanitizes all restrooms.
2. Cleans, mops, washes and vacuums floors in all first floor and mezzanine office areas.
3. Empties trash and recycling bins daily.
4. Cleans and polishes fixtures, fountains, time clocks, doorknobs, hallway baseboards and Gallery. Frequently touched items are cleaned and/or sanitized daily.
5. Cleans windows, wipes down ledges around windows and doors, walls and handrails.
6. Cleans break room including floors, tables, refrigerators, microwaves, doors and windows.
7. Dusts open workspaces in cubicles, computer table located in the Gallery and Computer area located in the main breakroom.
8. Vacuums and wipes down furniture.
9. Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
10. Cleans the inside of all refrigerators and freezers quarterly.

Your Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED

Position Type & Hours:

This is an hourly Full-Time position. Flexible start time between the hours of 5:00 AM-7:00 AM for an 8.5-hour shift Monday through Friday. Saturday work as needed.
