Grounds Custodian - 2nd Shift
Location: Iowa City, IA
Shift: 12pm - 8pm
Pay: $16.48
Enjoy a quick shift in an engaging and fast paced environment! This is a great opportunity for anyone who has experience in sanitation or grounds keeping, and is self sufficient.
Duties Include:
Performs cleaning in all areas of building-
-Cleaning of floor areas (i.e. vacuuming, shampooing, sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing)
-Cleans and polishes bathroom fixtures. Cleans and washes glass surfaces, ceilings and walls
-Replaces light bulbs and cleans light fixtures
-Makes beds and handles both clean and soiled linens; refills holder of disposable items (i.e. soap, bathroom tissue, paper towels, etc.)
-Reports breakage and needed repairs
-Collects trash throughout building
-Assist in unloading tracks, unpacking, assembling, and moving equipment
-Maintains inventory of linen
-Duties as assigned
