Custodian for Cannabis Production Facility
Flow Distribution is the producer and distributor of multiple cannabis brands in the state of AZ. We are currently hiring for a custodian to help with the upkeep associated with our production facility.
We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our Tempe production facility. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative.
Responsibilities
- Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize extraction equipment and utensils
- Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks and restock disposables (i.e. hand sanitizer, soap, etc.)
- Wipe mirrors and windows
- Maintain outer premises by cleaning the parking lot and cleaning entrances
- Report major damages
- Undertake occasional maintenance tasks
Requirements and skills
- Reliable transportation
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- Familiarity with basic handyman practices
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Very good physical condition and strength
Physical Requirements (including, but not limited to):
- Must be able to lift +50lbs unassisted
- Prolonged sitting or standing
- Able to perform repetitive motions

Job Type: Part-time (up to 30 hours per week)
Pay: $15 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
Licensing:
- AZ-issued Driver's License (Required)
- Facility Agent License (Preferred)
