Job Title: PM Custodian

Location: Chippewa Falls

Hours: 4 Hour PM Shift

Custodian Responsibilities:

1. Trash Removal: Carpet extraction, Vacuuming, Trash removal.
2. Cleaning: Scrubbing and buffing hard floors. Housekeeping duties as assigned. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
3. Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate supervisor.
4. Resident Interaction: Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to get to and from work reliably when scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a custodian role or a similar role is preferred.
