About the Job
Kurt has been designing and building custom homes and renovations in the greater Chapel Hill area for 25 years, and is looking for someone to join our family/team. This mid-level management position is primarily centered on taking clients through their owner selections, but also includes assisting and/or leading them in the various aspects of our process, from taking in prospects, to taking clients through the pre-construction services where we take in their project goals, plan, research, design, budget, finalize, get under contract, assist with their selections, and finally package them up to hand off to the construction team. You will be at the center of always ensuring clients have a great customer experience.

- Manage client selections.
- Ensure clients have a great customer experience via great levels of clear communications, setting & managing expectations, providing client a high level of service, and continual refinement of our process.
- Work 40 hours a week primarily 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
- Most of the work must be completed in our office on Legion Road with some work on job sites. Remote work is only best in temporary instances.
- Administrative duties can include managing trade partner invoices, document & SOP creation, scanning some documents, marketing, etc...
- Suggest changes to our overall process better.
- Complete daily timesheet.
Job Requirements:
- Live within a 20 minute drive of our office
- Undergraduate degree
- Project management experience
- Home design or decorating related experience
- Attitude must be great, professional and organized.
- Own & full time use of an automobile in good condition
- Legal to work in US
