Job Details
Job Description:
- Lead/coordinate project sites/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, meetings, and organize/track materials/resources
- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budgets, change orders, jobsite safety, and scheduling
- Will report to office in Thousand Oaks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects that are $5M+ in construction value
- Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Procore experience preferred
