Role Overview and Responsibilities:The Customer Account Manager is responsible for fostering strategic relationships with our customers and collaborating with the team to ensure the customer receives a best in class experience. We expect the Customer Account Manager to be a high-energy team leader with a drive to make TT Electronics successful in the performance of our contracts.
This role requires a professional who is collaborative, demanding, dynamic, flexible, personable, professional and trusted. The Customer Account Manager is responsible for rapid, consistent, and efficient management through initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing of projects for our customers.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Essential Functions (Not Exhaustive)
- Act as the customer advocate internally and communicate the voice of the customer directly back to key stakeholders within TT Electronics’ divisions and businesses, driving alignment on customer pain points.
- Management of customer expectations through initiating, planning, monitoring/controlling all aspects of our contractual obligations.
- Proactively monitors risks, opportunities, and performance to ensure project is achieving all business objectives and coordinates development of recovery plans in areas of deficient performance.
- Management of contracts and associated obligations.
- Plan and lead customer on-site visits to meet company policies and regulations.
- Manages booking and revenue forecasts in line with SIOP and Pipeline reviews.
- Negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing detailed production updates, quoting and negotiating fees, and processing customer orders in compliance with various industry and customer standards.
- Collaborate with all functions of the business to support addressing customer requests/needs.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity, including order entry, promise dates for orders, change activity, quotes, forecasts, customer scorecards, etc. within internal and external systems.
- Report on the performance of projects/accounts as required to internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as required and/or assigned.
Key Measures
- Voice of the Customer (VoC) scores
- Customer scorecard accuracy with timely feedback on corrections
- Timely and accurate inputs to the SIOP demand process.
Experience & Education
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) strongly preferred.
- At least three years’ experience in Account Management or similar roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Experience with Epicor is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft BI is a plus
