How You'll Change Our Customers' Lives:
At Nextiva, our Commercial Customer Account Managers help our customers grow their businesses and simplify their lives by selling our products and solutions. Nextiva combines communication channels to help businesses of all sizes to connect to their customers at the right time on the channel of their choice to provide amazing customer experiences and drive business results.
The Day-to-Day:
- Maintain and increase existing customers within the Nextiva family through upselling and cross-selling activities
- Manage account portfolio through successful execution of Customer Touchpoint Strategy to improve customer lifespan
- Strategically build a strong pipeline to ensure quota is consistently met
- Demo specific elements of the Nextiva NextOS platform
- Deliver Amazing Service®, leveraging the value of our products and services
- Document activity and communicate information regarding prospects and opportunities via Salesforce.com
The General Qualifications for Admission:
- 3+ years of account management
- 3+ years sales experience preferred in Telecom, UCaaS, Software / SaaS, Platform Sales, Technology, or other related industry experience
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed quota
