Our Customer Account Manager is the face of our customer's experience. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced personnel's direction. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments, including sales and compliance operations.

Customer Account Manager Will Be:
- Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale
- Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service every time
- Receiving complete training alongside other Customer Account Managers and performing duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrating customer outreach into overall sales goals
- Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers
- Observing experienced Customer Account Managers to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
- Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
Customer Account Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Customer Account Management related field
- Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas
- Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff including other Customer Account Managers and other sales-related departments throughout the organization
- Adapt well to continuous change in the sales process and recognize the importance of time management and productivity
