Customer Account Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated Customer Account Specialist for a company based in Landover, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for calling customers to update their accounts, collect email addresses, and make collection calls. Pay Rate
$20-$22 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Full-Time/Part-Time
Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to update account information
- Collect and verify email addresses
- Make collection calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills
