Position: Customer Account Representative
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Account Representative to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume customer service tasks, including quoting orders and processing.
- Manage a high volume of emails daily.
- Communicate effectively with tech sales reps.
- Address inefficiencies and propose solutions in a straightforward manner.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong ERP skills.
- Demonstrated maturity and the ability to address inefficiencies directly.
- Ownership, initiative, and a self-starter attitude.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Distribution/manufacturing experience.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
