Customer Account Specialist - Inceed

Compensation: $43,000-56,000
Location: Westminster, CO
Position: Customer Account Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Account Representative to join their team! 

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume customer service tasks, including quoting orders and processing.
• Manage a high volume of emails daily.
• Communicate effectively with tech sales reps.
• Address inefficiencies and propose solutions in a straightforward manner.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong ERP skills.
• Demonstrated maturity and the ability to address inefficiencies directly.
• Ownership, initiative, and a self-starter attitude.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish. 
• Distribution/manufacturing experience. 
• Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
