Job Title: Customer Accounts Advisor

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour + performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:

• Coach customers on lease agreements and payment options.
• Drive payment collections and renewals effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
