Summary:
The Customer Account Advisor assists the Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
+ Protect Company assets
+ Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
+ Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
+ Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
+ Document all customer appointments in the store computer system
+ Maintain updated customer information
+ Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed
+ Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed
+ Safely operate company vehicle
+ Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
+ Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
+ Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
+ Assist the Sales Team as needed
Education and Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Skills and Competencies:
+ Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
+ Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
+ Strong telephone etiquette
+ Good organizational skills
+ Professional groomed appearance
+ Good driving skills
+ Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm
+ Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
