We are a local Utah company who has dedicated our time and efforts to giving the community the best solar experience possible. Tephra has created a fun working environment for employees both in the office and within our sales teams. Our company has continued to expand since our opening day in 2017! We are currently looking for a perfect fit for our customer service - office administration position.

- Ultra Reliability - We place a lot of pride in our detailed training and growth of our employees. We ask that our employees are punctual and in office during working hours.
- Urgency - The work you will complete in customer service will need to be organized but urgent. If you enjoy working in a quick paced environment and have that fundamental grit this position is perfect for you.
- Problem Solving - We work with homeowners who have questions or concerns. It is our responsibility to assist and find resolutions to those questions that arise.
- Organization - Being detail oriented and organized is a key component to this position. You will need to stay organized throughout the day to ensure all items are completed correctly as well as correctly documented in our systems.
- Self-Motivated - You will be working independently for the majority of the day, so you will need to be self-motivated and jump into your daily requirements.
- Bilingual - Spanish/English.
