Customer Care Backend Specialist - NEXEO HR

About the Job
Nexeo HR is currently seeking self-driven individuals to fill Back-End Specialist opportunities in the Logan area. As a Back-End Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating debit/credit claims using internal software and reviewing contracts. This role requires minimal phone involvement, and it is essential that you possess strong computer skills and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
• Investigate debit/credit claims using internal software.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email and chat support.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Knowledge of debit/credit claims and contract review processes is a plus.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
8:00am -- 5:00pm | Monday -- Friday
