Overview:
The Collision Center is a dealer-based collision center located in Rockland, MA. We are growing and looking to hire a Customer Care Claims Specialist to join our team. We are OE Certified in a number of manufacturers to provide our customers a 100% safe and factory certified repair due to our employees having extensive training and knowledge. Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be punctual. At The Collision Center, we invest in you and your future with us by focusing on your career growth. This is a full time, Monday-Friday, year-round position with paid vacation, holidays, benefits, and ongoing training, and all tools will be provided. Must have customer service skills, computer skills, and a desire to learn. Previous experience working in automotive and/or insurance industry is required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office operations and ensuring efficiency in daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22-$25

Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in a Customer Facing role
- Required to have +2 years of automotive and/or insurance experience
- Required to know the ins and outs of insurers and the claims process
- Must currently have a valid driver’s license (Required)
- Must be located in the United States
- Must relocate to the Rockland, MA area prior to starting work (Required)
- High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
Duties/Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

- Verbal and Written Communication Skill-Set
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Work in a team-environment to provide support and interact with team members and managers as needed
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks that are ever changing in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be crossed train in multiple areas that could include administration tasks or parts tasks
- Execute the validations checklists and standards we have in place for each vehicle
- Learn about the DCR patented production process of how we move our cars through the line
- Ability to provide excellent customer service for customers
- Be familiar with computer applications to execute tasks within our systems
- Ability to read and understand instructions
