About the Job
Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Representative III to join their team
This role serves as the primary contact for employee and vendor inquiries related to Finance, Travel, Expense Management, Card Administration, Accounts Payable, and Information Technology
The successful candidate will provide excellent and prompt customer support, addressing routine to complex questions and requests within Enterprise Shared Services.
Respond to customer and vendor inquiries using multiple computer programs and resources.
Provide comprehensive customer care services, performing moderately complex transactions and documenting service interactions in a case management system.
Collaborate as a team member across Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and IT functions.
Create and manage service cases, escalating issues to other provider groups as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with peers, supervisors, and higher-level personnel to address complex client questions.
Skills Required:
Basic experience with Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in MS Office 2010, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of Dell & HP laptops and desktops.
Ability to learn and navigate Active Directory user and group accounts.
Basic troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and peripherals.
Knowledge of security applications, such as antivirus software, is a plus.
Previous customer service experience in various environments (call center, retail, medical, etc.) is essential.
Experience Required:
Proven customer service experience.
Basic understanding of networking technologies (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and anticipate potential issues.
Experience with case management systems (Service Now) and enterprise-level financial systems.
Familiarity with Expense Management Systems or Concur is highly desirable.
Experience in finance shared service or call center environments is preferred.
Experience Preferred:
Concur Expense Management experience.
Knowledge of government per diems and compliance.
Experience with domestic travel expense reporting.
Previous work with financial systems like Oracle Financials or Deltek Cost Point.
Experience in the defense and aerospace industry is a plus.
Education Required:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
