Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers, families, trade partners, and colleagues with dignity and honesty, demonstrating consistent professionalism and respect.

- Engages in effective communication and teamwork, offering assistance proactively, listening attentively, and communicating clearly with co-workers.

- Maintains strict confidentiality of customer and business information, demonstrating competence in all work-related activities and systems.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with homeowners, embodying cultural values such as accountability, excellence, faith, family, and service.
- Ensures the delivery of a superb experience to homeowners, trade partners, and vendors, aiming for world-class customer service.
- Communicates directly with homeowners, providing updates on projects/repairs and addressing their concerns, while building relationships with various stakeholders.
- Provide warranty orientation to new homeowners, coordinate and direct incoming warranty calls, schedule and follow up on trade partner appointments.
- Utilizes computer systems and technologies for maintaining service requests, scheduling trade partners, documenting completion and progress of warranty work orders, and inspecting work for quality and completion.
- Ensures timely payment to vendors and trade partners for all warranty work assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field or 5 years of related experience and/or training is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various platforms, applications, and software
- Ability to form and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and problem-solve effectively.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
- Must possess a Valid State of Texas drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
