Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a premier supplier of propane in the United States and is seeking dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join the team in the Irving, TX area.
Pay Range: $16 - $20hr. depending on exp., location, and training
Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard operating hours (100% in office)
Summary: In this key role, youll manage inbound calls, handle administrative tasks, work with invoicing issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on prompt, courteous support and efficient issue resolution.

INDHP Call-Center exp. preferred, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills, software proficient, computer savvy, fast-paced and dynamic environment, active listener, English fluent, Spanish a plus. Reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer inquiries across multiple programs.
- Provide first-level support and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Track performance metrics and adhere to call center duties.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and attendance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Chrome, CRM, and Financial Systems.
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely during severe weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
