What You'll Do:
- Reach out to our valued customers post-service, ensuring they're satisfied and addressing any follow-up needs.
- Use a proven script to gauge customer satisfaction and determine if further action is needed from our service managers.
- Be the go-to person for answering incoming customer calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and gathering vehicle details.
- Offer accurate estimates on maintenance and repair costs while setting clear expectations on time frames.
- Keep detailed records of every call to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care, striving to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
