The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring our new customers transition seamlessly into the Western Paper family. They are charged with setting up new customer accounts in P21 and maintaining/updating customer information as needed. They also manage our online ordering system, Web OE, and serve as our point of contact with Network Services.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm.
Salary: $19.02 - $19.52/HR. based on experience

Responsibilities:You will:
- Communicate with either the sales team or the customers via phone and/or email to verify account information
- Setup and maintain customer account information in P21
- Ensure Western Paper covers all angles, answers all questions, and addresses all issues with the customer before their launch date
- Coordinate with other departments within the office (credit/collections, pricing, warehouse, etc.) to ensure new customer setup is complete in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments on significant customer projects
- Make changes to customer information as requested by customers, sales reps, or internal teams
- Ensure consistency across customer programs – local and Network
- Run routine audits to look for errors in information. Make updates and corrections as needed
- Be the resident experts on Web OE and Network
- Assist customers if they are having issues with our online ordering system, Web OE
- Conduct sales rep Web OE training upon request
- Direct traffic of Network communications to internal teams
- Other duties as assigned
You have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
- 2 years of data entry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An outgoing personality, eager attitude to help others
