The Role - Customer Care Specialist
As a member of the Customer Care/Retail team, you will support and enhance our members’ experience through excellent customer service in our Greene Wood office. They report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Care.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefits eligible role with a maximum of 37.5 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Expected local travel is 15%. Mileage is reimbursable. Compensation is $17.95/hr.
What you will be doing:
- Welcome visitors and staff to the Greene Wood office
- Ringing shop sales, restocking merchandise and creating in-store displays
- Order fulfillment for online retail sales
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Office duties include ordering office, check scanning, cash deposits and data processing, and creating maintenance requests through building service portal
- Provide back-up support to other Customer Care Specialists as needed in our other Gathering Places
- Handling occasional mobile events
The skills you skills you will use:
- Customer service and/or retail experience
- Able to learn, understand and apply case management system in Salesforce a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and working knowledge of Excel
- Must be organized and customer focused
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
