Role Overview:
As a Remote Customer Care Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, scheduling Zoom appointments, and educating clients about our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom.
- Educate new and existing clients about our products during virtual meetings.
- Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer service.
- Document interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:
