Job Description
A Fortune 500 company in the greater Seattle area is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support their dealers worldwide. This includes 19 distribution centers globally that support 2,300 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers. Aftermarket support includes world-class customer centers that deliver industry-leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. As a Customer Center Specialist, you will provide excellent service to our customers by identifying and deploying the best resources for their specific needs. You will arrange emergency roadside service through our network of service providers, driving business to our world-class dealers and products. This key role is a great way to learn about this company from the front lines and gain useful insights. You will support essential drivers daily, positively impacting their business, our business, and the well-being of the greater supply chain.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a professional customer service role
Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability to deal rationally with customers in difficult situations
Excellent communication skills
Strong PC capabilities
Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
Self-starter who is effective in working under limited supervision
Ability to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidays Bilingual (Spanish, French, or Punjabi) is a plus but not required
Reasonable mechanical aptitude (specific truck knowledge desirable but not required)
Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM experience desired null
