Customer Communications Assistant
$17.70 - $23.14 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:
As the central contact for escalated customer communications, engage with every operational area, offering a broad perspective of the Companies' operations. Play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining regulatory compliance. Be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to make meaningful contributions.
Remote work options if located more than 30 miles from the Home Office in Columbia, MO. Training maybe required at our Home Office location.

A highly organized and detail-oriented person who can work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a positive and harmonious attitude.
