Responsibilities of a Customer Communications Associate:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: You'll be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries in person
Providing Product or Service Information: You'll need to have a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers who have questions or need assistance.
Resolving Customer Issues: Addressing customer complaints, problems, or issues in a professional and efficient manner is a key part of the role.
Processing Orders and Requests: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling other transactional tasks.
Managing Communication Channels: Monitoring and managing communication channels to ensure timely responses and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
Documenting Interactions: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
