CUSTOMER CONTACT REPRESENTATIVES - Spherion

Spherion is hiring multiple Customer Contact Representatives for an expanding utility company in West Monroe, LA.

These are entry-level positions and call center experience is not required.

These positions are Temp-to-Hire and can become long-term CAREERS for the right individuals! The company offers a
business casual dress code (jeans are allowed), medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and more!

Responsibilities:
-Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information
-Read and interpret procedures and make decisions accordingly
-Ability to communicate in a pleasant and tactful manner and understand the importance of delivering a high level of customer service

Hours:
Call Center is open 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Shifts will be 8AM-5PM and 10AM-7PM (You will be required to work both!)

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
-Active listening
-Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally
-Willingness to learn and train in multiple departments
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Proficient on computers

Education:
-High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-At least 1-year customer service experience
-Background check and drug screen
-Previous call center experience a plus
-Ability to type quickly without errors
-Must be dependable and able to work daily
