About the Job
As a Customer Data Platform Analyst on the Performance Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. You will focus on building and testing channel audiences, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing audience engagement. Your work will directly contribute to our team's success and the firm's objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy channel audiences, ensuring smooth and effective channel execution.
- Design and implement customer segments within the Customer Data Platform (CDP), aligning with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Refine and optimize Customer Data Platform (CDP) functionality for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data engineering, to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve data quality and segmentation issues to maintain a reliable data infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including best practices and user guides.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platform (CDP) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R is required.
- You understand data structures and have adept query construction skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is important.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable to evolving technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies.
- Knowledge of industry trends in data management and marketing technologies.
