Job Title: Escalations Representative
Location: Alton, IL (On-site)
Employment Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated financial and banking-related calls, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers with unresolved financial concerns, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Provide financial information and assistance, handling inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and other banking services.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary, while maintaining responsibility for customer communication.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve individual work processes and overall service delivery.
- Adhere to established financial and operational procedures while seeking ways to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience handling escalated calls in a call center environment.
- Financial or banking experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex financial conversations professionally.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently in a financial or banking setting.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Experience in customer service, financial services, or banking is highly preferred.
Work Environment:
- This is an on-site position based in Alton, IL.
- Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging between 8 AM to 8 PM (most likely until 5 PM).
