About The Job:
* In this internship, you will gain an understanding in the originations side of the business from order to hand over to TICF. You will understand the customer billing lifecycle and participate in solving how TICF can enhance the overall customer experience once a contract has been funded. You will learn and contribute to analyzing customer master data management.
* As we venture into digital communications such as email invoices, etc. We need to focus on our customer data integrity and ensuring we have the appropriate contact and billing information to connect with our customers. This role will have a positive impact on the Customer and Dealer experience. More accuracy of data will reduce the workload on the entire organization from administrative issues and rework.
What You’ll Do:
* As an intern, you will be the first contact from TICF to welcome customers and thank them for their business. This “Welcome Call” is to create a positive customer experience from the onset of the financial relationship as well as to verify customer data and other billing specifics.
* You will be working on a daily list of customers to validate and obtain vital contact and billing information including email addresses and phone numbers.
* You will assist departments in Operations in researching missing or incorrect information.
* You will be collecting data from the customer contacts, identifying trends, gaps, and root causes, and collaborating with leaders in Customer Service, Funding, and Collections Departments to enhance customer on-boarding and billing procedures.
* At the end of your internship, you will report and present your findings, analysis, and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
* You will also have the opportunity to visit a TICF dealership and learn about our business from the front end originations to the back office operations over the life of the financing.
You will be trained and utilize the following resources to research and obtain missing info, such as:
* TC3
* SAP CRM/BI
* Documentum
* Retail Documents (Welcome Packets, checklists, etc.)
* Correspondence/Imaging
Qualifications You’ll Need:
Must Have:
* Current college student or recent graduate in business
