Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication Management: Oversee all customer service communications for multiple manufacturers and customers. Ensure seamless interaction with the Sales Account Executive Team to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and efficiently resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Management: Utilize multiple contact lists and maintain Excel spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and facilitate quick access to information.
- Office Administration: Assist with various office administration tasks to support smooth office operations and enhance team productivity.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or Communications.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a food sales or food manufacturing environment as a seasoned Customer Service Specialist.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic office setting, displaying professionalism and strength in all situations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quick learner and team player, ready to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Hours 8:30AM - 5 PM M- F
