What will you do?
Customer Relationship Account Specialist plays a crucial role as the main point of contact for Ashley's end consumers. Their primary responsibility is to address and investigate inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by consumers. They strive to provide satisfactory resolutions that align with both the consumer's needs and the company's objectives.
What will you need?
2-3 Several years of experience in customer service, complaint resolution, and consumer affairs.
Experienced with handling escalated customer issues, conducting investigations, and providing satisfactory resolutions.
Core Strengths to be successful in the role, Communication, Analytical-Problem Solver, Detail Oriented, and Creative.
